Concept and implementation of a digital event platform for an international brand and corporate environment, with high demands on scalability, brand consistency, multiple event formats and integration with the corporate SSO authentication.

The platform was built for digital and hybrid events with livestreams, attendee management, editorial content, live polls and breakout rooms. The architecture supports multitenancy across additional brands in the corporate environment, can be adapted to different corporate identities, and was seamlessly integrated with roles and permissions into the corporate Single Sign-On system.

At peak, more than 5,000 concurrent viewers were served in livestreams. The result is a modular platform that can be reused for further brand adaptations and varying event formats.

The association needed to consolidate a fragmented system landscape and rebuild it on a more reliable technical foundation. Central administration processes, member functions and integration with further digital services were the main focus.

The existing Access-based landscape was replaced with a Laravel and Filament-based environment that serves as the leading system for central data and processes. Roles, permissions and Single Sign-On were integrated so portal, administration and website work together cleanly.

On this foundation, additional digital services such as an apprenticeship search across all member companies could be designed and implemented.

The result is a central Laravel platform with a portal for around 2,000 members, a stable process foundation and clear technical connections to website and further services.

In the insurance context, the digital purchase process needed to become clearer and technically more reliable. Alongside brand and website relaunch, a stable application was needed for assistant logic, API and internal management.

The core Laravel solution was a digital assistant with multi-step wizards that guides users through the online purchase in a structured way. In parallel, a new API, translations and administrative functions for internal processes were built.

A deliberately lean checkout combined with Stripe integration enabled digital contract closure, including instant insurance confirmation right after the booking.

The result is a robust Laravel foundation for purchase flows, internal processes and API integrations, bringing product communication and digital transaction together cleanly.

The photovoltaics relaunch was not only meant to inform, but to generate concrete inquiries. This required interactive forms, clear state logic and a technical foundation for reliable lead generation.

With Laravel, Livewire and Alpine, multi-step inquiry flows were implemented to guide users through quote requests in a structured way. The form logic was embedded so it fits the brand experience while remaining technically maintainable.

The implementation connected content, interaction and search structure into a platform that is both editorially manageable and functionally focused on conversion.

The result is a Laravel-supported lead platform with interactive inquiry flows, stable form logic and a clear connection between brand, content and conversion.

For a business and law firm with around 80 lawyers, a secure system for digital proposals, tenders and advisory-related workflows was to be created.

The platform represents different fields of practice and process logic. Behind the scenes it uses a structured JSON format to define wizards and digitised workflows flexibly. Secure communication, passwordless two-factor authentication and encrypted data transfer were central requirements.

Proposals and tenders can now be managed digitally, traceably and securely. Manual email processes were replaced by a modular platform that maps the firm's sensitive context cleanly.

For an app in the space of mental health, sleep training and stress relief, the existing API was to be functionally extended and technically modernised.

As part of the contracted project, the Laravel API was extended with additional authentication flows. This included social login options, adjustments to Passport and a cleanup of existing code structures.

The API now offers additional user-friendly sign-in options and rests on a more stable technical foundation that fits cleanly into the existing Flutter application.

For a testing and certification body for metalworking companies, the digital presence was to be realigned and the brand positioned more clearly together with design and copy. At the same time, a complex multi-page PDF for application and proposal procedures had to be transformed into a user-friendly digital process.

Built on Laravel and Vue, a new website consistently brings brand, content and user guidance together. At its centre: the digitisation of certification proposal requests — a multi-step process with dependencies that makes complex domain logic understandable and guides customers through inquiry and proposal phases in a structured way.

In parallel, the existing customer database on Azure was integrated. Complementary features include a digital certificate check and a proximity search that helps locate certified businesses.

The result is a clear digital presence with a cleanly positioned brand, a digitised proposal process and tight integration with existing data sources. The platform combines information, service and process logic so that both user experience and internal structure are noticeably improved.

For a telecommunications provider, a complete customer and SaaS portal was to be created, making internal APIs usable and enabling customers to activate, manage and analyse their products.

The portal was conceived from scratch together with the client and implemented on Laravel and Vue. At its centre: a fine-grained roles and permissions model, integration with internal APIs, product activations, invoices, reports and an API playground where capabilities such as 2FA and WhatsApp interfaces could be tested directly.

Because the system managed a large number of records, performant data access, clear responsibilities and a robust architecture were part of the implementation from the beginning. Security was made visible early: the client's own 2FA API was integrated and demonstrated at a time when two-factor authentication on the web was still far less common.

Later in the project, the client's new UX and website design was adapted into the portal and translated into a pattern library that could also serve as a foundation for other services.

The result is a capable customer portal that brings product management, API demonstration, billing and reporting together in a role-based interface. At the same time, a reusable design and component foundation for further digital services was created.

For an exclusive member platform in a premium environment, a protected social network was to be created to handle content, events and interactions within the community.

The social network was built Facebook-style and integrated into the existing platform via a Vue front-end. Users could share exclusive content within a protected area and interact with other members. As part of the project, existing code was refactored and a central store introduced.

The platform gained a markedly more modern and consistent technical foundation for community features. Exclusive content, event reference and secure interaction can now be delivered with strong performance inside a closed system.
