Testing & Certification Platform

For a testing and certification body for metalworking companies, the digital presence was to be realigned and the brand positioned more clearly together with design and copy. At the same time, a complex multi-page PDF for application and proposal procedures had to be transformed into a user-friendly digital process.

Built on Laravel and Vue, a new website consistently brings brand, content and user guidance together. At its centre: the digitisation of certification proposal requests - a multi-step process with dependencies that makes complex domain logic understandable and guides customers through inquiry and proposal phases in a structured way.

In parallel, the existing customer database on Azure was integrated. Complementary features include a digital certificate check and a proximity search that helps locate certified businesses.

The result is a clear digital presence with a cleanly positioned brand, a digitised proposal process and tight integration with existing data sources. The platform combines information, service and process logic so that both user experience and internal structure are noticeably improved.
